Besides the yard sale, we have had a bike parade the past couple years on the Fourth of July and talked about doing a neighborhood block party. If you would like to help organize or work on either of these two events, please let me know. I can get some more information in the next newsletter. Thanks!
Neighborhood Charity Pick Up

If you would like to donate any items to Kidney Services, they will do a neighborhood pick-up the Monday after the neighborhood sale. I need to provide them with a list of names by Tuesday, May 26. Please let me know if you would like to participate. Kidney Services will pick-up clothing and household items.
Annual Garage Sale

PMHA will place an ad for the community sale, held on Saturday, May 30, 8:30 to 2:30 (the Saturday after Memorial Day). It seems to work the best for those who have responded. If you would like have any big items you would like listed in the ad, please let me know. Thanks! I will also look into having a neighborhood charity pick-up, such as Kidney Foundation or Goodwill for that same day. More details to come.

We have a new landscape company (JCG Property Management) that will be starting spring clean-up soon. This includes removing 5 or 6 dead/dying/fallen trees that are mostly in the front. These trees will be replaced. It may be in the spring or, more likely, the fall. The fountain was re-installed on March 17, and centered. The running times are same as last year (roughly 9am - 11pm).
