Design & Review Committee
Please contact one of the Design & Review committee members with plans of your patio, deck, or addition for review. They meet periodically as needed. Approval by the design and review committee does not necessarily mean that it meets the code requirements of the county or township. You may also need to contact Berlin township and/or Delaware county for necessary building permits and approvals. You may contact Berlin Township Zoning at 548-5217.
The best way to submit your design to the committee is through the web form. If you prefer, you may also use the downloadable form and mail it in.
