About Piatt Meadows Homeowners Association

PMHA is a non-profit corporation to ensure the community remains within the established guidelines. The first three trustees were elected in Spring 2002. The annual association fee is due the first of each year. This fee funds common area landscaping and utilities, as well as administrative costs.
